A separable set of five NIPs (N0..N4) that move NIP-05 verification, relay discovery, Tor routing, TLSA TLS pinning, and (optional) service-attestation reputation out of DNS+Web PKI and into Namecoin. Wire-compatible with Nostr today; reference implementations already merged in Amethyst, Nostur, nostr-tools, Jumble, and more.
