A proof-of-concept FIPS node on Android — UDP and TCP transports, TUN adapter, .fips name resolution, Kotlin via UniFFI.
FIPS Android

Brings the FIPS node onto Android. Uses UniFFI to expose the Rust core to Kotlin, hooks a TUN adapter, and resolves .fips names locally so apps can address peers by name without changes.
