Hedhi Huru Update: 48 Kits needed at Tema Secondary

The Proof of Work is in: We are excited to announce that our 3rd school for 2026, Tema Secondary School, has been officially onboarded.

Through our partnership with local artisans and community leaders, we have verified a list of 48 students who will receive full Hedhi Huru reusable kits.

Production is Underway

Following the successful completion of our first two schools, we are now beginning the rollout for school number three: Tema Secondary.

Production Status

Production is officially underway. Thanks to previous contributions, our tailors, Hellen and Dorine, have begun the assembly phase.

The “Full Sovereignty” Kit

Each student doesn’t just get a pad; she gets a comprehensive kit designed to last for 3 years:

  • 8 Reusable Cotton Pads

  • Waterproof Holders & Bags

  • New Underwear & Washcloth

  • Soap & Illustrated Instruction Cards

  • A Kitenge bag for discreet carrying

The Call for Sponsorship: $1,440 Goal

To complete all 48 kits for Tema Secondary, we are looking for sponsors to help cover the remaining materials and logistics.

The Math is Simple:

  • $30 = 1 Full Kit (Sponsors 1 Girl for 3 Years)

  • $150 = Sponsors 5 Girls

  • $1,440 = Fully funds Tema Secondary School

Bitcoin is the financial rail that makes this possible. Every satoshi goes directly toward sourcing materials in Arusha and paying fair wages to our local artisans to make and produce kits to the highest standard.
