Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Garlic, grated or finely shredded (to taste)
- 1 carrot
- 1 bunch of broccoli
- 1 onion
- Olive oil
Directions
- Slice the chicken breast into thin pieces (about 10 slices).
- Grate garlic directly over the chicken.
- Add the honey and soy sauce, and let the chicken soak briefly.
- Heat olive oil in a wide, lightweight skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté the chicken until golden brown, then remove and set aside on a serving dish.
- Wipe the skillet gently with a soft paper towel.
- Chop the onion, carrot, and broccoli.
- Add a little olive oil to the skillet and lightly cook the vegetables.
- Serve the vegetables alongside the chicken.
