“how could you NOT be bullshit on nostr? our ecosystem is growing faster than ever. new apps are booming. new features are booming. people are embracing the weird. people are using the ‘other stuff’. we have apps targeting non-technical users. we have several nostr events coming in the next few months with more planned later this year. what a time to be alive.”

Pegah

“Thank you all for your comforting messages. After a month, I was finally able to buy just one gigabyte of internet access at a very high price. Nostr was the first place where I could send a message to you.”

miljan

“Nostr is bigger than people think.

We estimate 20k+ active humans on Primal. What does that mean for Nostr? Maybe 50k, maybe more?

People who count active users based on posting activity within a given web of trust are underestimating the number of real humans on Nostr by an order of magnitude. Remember: most people don’t post, and many humans don’t have enough followers to be included in the WoT.”
