Weight lifting is a Stable Coin! It’s a waste of your time, relatively speaking. When utilising weight lifting as a work out system, no matter the weight, resistance is a Constant. You are unable to maximise your potential. X3 as work out system, however, provides the Path of Greatest Resistance, where the engineered bands provide the Variation aligned with your body’s mechanics! Complete a movement pattern to failure and do this once per session. Failure is the stimulus for growth. Effort is Intense.
